I redesigned BYD’s main product pages following UX research conducted using Microsoft Clarity to understand how users explored and purchased their cars online.

The analysis showed that many visitors were skipping the product page entirely to access key details on the configurator, meaning the page wasn’t fulfilling its purpose. My redesign brought that content forward through large-scale image galleries, interactive modules highlighting space and technology features, and clear range and spec information. The result was a more engaging, self-contained experience that better informed and inspired users before moving them into the next stage of the journey.
